All sales of woodburning artwork are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the purchase has been completed. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

In the unlikely event that your artwork is damaged during shipping due to carrier handling, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence of the damage. In such cases, a shipping discount will be granted to assist with the repair or replacement process.
